Blackberry Botanical 1 drink H. Joseph Ehrmann (IG: @cocktailambassadors), Cocktail Ambassador & Owner of Elixir Bar, San Francisco, CA

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz. Square One™ Botanical Spirit
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree,  thawed
• 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
• 1/2 oz. Orgeat syrup
• 2 Sage leaves
• 2 oz. Soda water

Method: 

1. Place sage leaves into a shaker then add all other ingredients and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Strain and pour into a glass over fresh ice. Top with soda, then serve.
