Blackberry Mojitos

    • 1 1/2 oz. light rum
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. simple syrup
    • Soda to fill
    • Garnish with mint sprig
Combine Key Lime Concentrate, Blackberry Puree, simple syrup, mint into a shaker. Add light rum and fill with ice. Shake lightly for 6 seconds. Strain over fresh ice into large glass. Top with soda and integrate with bar spoon.
