• | 2 oz. of Batiste Rhum Silver or Gold |
• | 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. sugar syrup |
• | 2 quarters lime |
• | 8 mint leaves |
• | 4-6 oz. soda or seltzer water |

Combine Blackberry Puree, sugar syrup, 2 quarters lime and 8 mint leaves in a shaker. Smash ingredients together. Add ice and 2 oz. Batiste Rhum and shake until ice begins to liquify. In tall rocks or Collins glass, fill 3/4 with ice. Strain shaker contents into glass and add top with soda or seltzer water. Garnish with lime mint and blackberry. |
