Blackberry Sage Gin & Tonic

    • 1 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. sage syrup
    • Splash of fresh lemon juice
    • Splash of tonic
    • One blackberry and one sage leaf on a skewer

Method:
1. Build ingredients in a pounder glass and strain into a single rocks glass. Garnish with berry-sage skewer.
