Black Currant Sipper

Ingredients for the cocktail:

  • 1 oz. black currant syrup
  • 1/2 oz. falernum
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • Tonic water

Ingredients for the syrup:

Method for the syrup:

  1. Combine Black Currant Puree and simple syrup together.


  1. Add all ingredients but the tonic water to a mixing glass filled with ice, then shake. Fill a highball glass with ice and pour about 3-4oz of tonic water into the glass, then strain the mixing glass’s contents into the highball glass.
