Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Old Forester 80 Proof Bourbon
- 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and hard shake.
- Double strain into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with 3 frozen blackberries and 1 fresh mint sprig slapped.
