Blood Orange Sidecar1 drink |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. brandy |
| • | 1/2 oz. Triple Sec |
| • | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 2 oz. water |
| • | 1 cup cubed ice |
| • | Granulated sugar and 1/4″ blood orange slice for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Sugar the rim of a chilled martini glass. |
| 2. | Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. |
| 3. | Shake and strain into glass. |
| 4. | Cut blood orange round to center and place over glass rim. |
