Blood Orange Sunset

Ingredients for Blood Orange Sunset:
• 1 ¼ oz. Aplós Arise N/A spirit
• ½ oz. Ritual N/A Aperitif Alternative
• ½ oz. blood orange syrup
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lime Slice

Ingredients for Blood Orange Syrup:
• 1 part The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
• 1 part sugar
• 1 part water

Method for Blood Orange Syrup:
Combine sugar and water in a pot and bring to a low boil. Allow the simple syrup to cool. In a large container, combine the simple syrup and Blood Orange Concentrate. Thoroughly mix using an immersion blender. Transfer fruit syrup into a sealed container and store in the fridge until ready for use.

Method for Blood Orange Sunset:
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lime Slice.
