Blueberry Lavender Frosting

For the Blueberry Lavender Frosting:
    • 1/4 cup The Perfect Purée Blueberry Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2 tsp. Lavender Simple Syrup
For the Lavender Simple Syrup:
    • Sugar
    • Water
    • 5 g. organic lavender petals
Method for the Lavender Simple Syrup:
Add 1:1 ratio of sugar to water and the organic lavender petals in a saucepot. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Method for the Blueberry Lavender Frosting:
Mix all ingredients until desired consistency is achieved. Add more powdered sugar to thicken or more purée to thin.
