• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. orange blossom honey |
• | 1/4 oz. Fee Brother Grapefruit bitters |
• | Pinch of green chile sea salt |

Combine all ingredients, except bitters and salt, in a countertop carbonation system. Once the drink becomes carbonized, pour into a glass with ice and add bitters and salt. | |
