    • 2 oz. Sotol Por Siempre
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. Fresno chili syrup
    • 2 dashes celery bitters
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake, strain and serve on the rocks. Garnish with Fresno chili pepper.
