    • 2 oz. Plantation Dark Rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 tbsp. coconut creme
    • 1/2 lime, juiced
    • Powdered nutmeg
    • Fresh mint bunch
Method:
Prepare chilled Flute or Tiki glass and fill with crushed ice cubes. Combine all ingredients except nutmeg and mint into mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain blended contents into glass. Smack mint and garnish on top. Dust nutmeg powder to adorn the drink.
