    • 1 1/2 oz. Tequila Blanco
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
    • 1 oz. Shaker and Spoon Chamomile Honey Syrup
    • 1 oz. Shaker and Spoon Arabic Tea Syrup
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced
    • 2 whole star anise
    • Chamomile flowers
    • Lemon peel
Method:
Prepare chilled Collins glass and add 3-4 square ice cubes. Combine all ingredients except star anise and chamomile flowers into mixing tin with ice and shake vigorously. Strain blended contents into Collins glass. Garnish with lemon peel and star anise. Dust chamomile flowers on top to adorn.
