| • | 1 oz. Yakami Orchard 100% Pure Japanese Sudachi Juice |
| • | 6 1/2 oz. white grapefruit |
| • | 7 oz. california avacado honey |
| • | Float Sweet Hibiscus Spiced Syrup |
| • | Pink Himalayan citrus salt (rim) |

| 1. | Divide the recipe in 2 shakers, add ice and shake vigorously, strain into the iSi Twist & Sparkle soda dispense system charge with CO2. Let chill and sit, rim collins glass with pink himalayan citrus salt, add crush ice, pour and serve with a smile. |
