Batch Ingredients (60 oz. Pitcher Batch):
• 6 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• 48 oz. lemonade
• Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™
Batch Method (60 oz. Pitcher Batch, 5 oz. Serving):
1. Pour 6 oz. of Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate into pitcher
2. Add 48 oz. of lemonade, testing and adjusting as you go
3. Stir well
4. Scoop ice into 5-oz. cup
5. Pour 2-3 oz. of batched beverage from pitcher over ice
6. Top with Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™
