Ingredients for Carmelized Pineapple Margarita:
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• 2 oz. Tequila Cazadores Blanco
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed (or fresh lime juice)
• 1 oz. simple syrup
Method for Carmelized Pineapple Margarita:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all the ingredients, shake well, and serve on the rocks. Garnish with pineapple slice and Tajin rim.
