| • | 1/2 oz. Don Q Anejo Rum |
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
| • | 1/4 oz. bar syrup 3:1 ratio |

| Rim cocktail glass* and set aside. Combine all drink ingredients into shaker glass. Add ice and stir 20 times. Strain into rimmed glass. Serve. *For rimmer, combine 1 oz. cane sugar, 1 oz. cinnamon and 1/4 oz. allspice. Dip edge of martini glass in lemon juice and then dip into sugar/spice mix. | |
