Ingredients:

• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
• 4 oz. heirloom tomato juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
• pinch of oregano & cumin
• dry chile smoke
• spray Tequila Cazadores Añejo

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker, shake, and serve on the rocks.
2. Top with a spray of Tequila Cazadores Añejo and garnish with dry chile powder.
