• | 3/4 oz. Crème de Yvette |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |
• | Balsamic vinegar |
• | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |
• | Club soda to top |

1. | In a mixing glass, add Cherry puree, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, Crème de Yvette, balsamic vinegar, simple syrup and ice. Shake and serve in a tall glass, over the rocks and top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry. |
