| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |

| In a mixing glass with ice add campari, mezcal, sweet vermouth, and perfect puree. Stir and strain into a glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel. | |
