    • 1 1/2 oz. sake
    • 3/4 oz. gin
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 3 oz. sparkling water
Method:
Add all ingredients except for the sparkling water and garnish to a mixing glass with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a wine goblet filled with fresh ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with Thai basil and red jalapeño slices.
