• | 2-3 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
• | 8-10 oz. sour cream |
• | 2 tbsp. fine diced red onion |
• | 1 tbsp. adobo sauce from the Chipotle canned peppers |
• | 1/2 tsp. of cumin |
• | 1/2 tsp. salt |
• | 1 tbsp. of cilantro |
• | 1 tbsp. of lime juice |
• | 1/2 tsp. of lime zest |

1. | Mix everything. |
2. | Season to taste. |
3. | Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours or overnight to set the cream and let flavors develop. Drizzle on tacos, burritos and sandwiches. |
