| • | 1/4 oz. Passoa passion fruit liqueur |
| • | 1/4 oz. Drillaud Crème De Cacao Blanc |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Passion Fruit blend, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1 barspoon malic/citric acid solution |
| • | 3 dashes chocolate bitters |

| Shake all ingredients in tin with ice. Double strain and serve up in coupe glass. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple and lime slice. | |
