Club Havana 1 drink By Vincent Lundeen, Bartender, Andaz Napa

Ingredients for Club Havana:

• 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
• ½ oz. John D Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
• ¼ oz. Aperol
• 1 oz. POG syrup
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. pineapple juice

Ingredients for POG Syrup:

• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit concentrate, thawed
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava puree, thawed
• 1 oz. orange juice

Method for POG Syrup:

1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

Method for Club Havana: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a rocks glass.
