Ingredients for Club Havana:
- 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
- ½ oz. John D Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
- ¼ oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. POG syrup
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. pineapple juice
Ingredients for POG Syrup:
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit concentrate, thawed
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava puree, thawed
- 1 oz. orange juice
Method for POG Syrup:
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Method for Club Havana: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and double strain into a rocks glass.
