| • | 1 1/2 oz. coconut water |
| • | 1/2 oz. banana liqueur |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed |
| • | coconut shavings (for garnish) |
| • | chocolate shavings (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine ingredients except garnishes into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Shave coconut and chocolate onto top. Serve. |
