Cognac Mango Lassi

    • 1 1/2 oz. Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac
    • 1 oz. Bols Yogurt Liqueur
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. honey syrup (1:1 hot water to honey)
Method:
1. Measure spirits, puree and syrup into a pint mixing glass. Fill with ice, cap and shake. Strain contents over fresh ice into chosen service glass. Garnish with ground pistachios and organic rose petals.
