Ingredients:

• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
• 1/4 oz. Fresh lime juice
• 1/2 oz. Pandan simple syrup
• 1 dash Tiki Bitters (optional)
• Ginger Beer
• Candied ginger

Method: 

1. Shake all ingredients with since except ginger beer. Then strain over fresh ice in a tall glass. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with candied ginger.
