• | 1 oz. Hendricks Gin® |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3 dashes bitters |
• | Garam masala sugar, for rimmer |
Method: | |
1. | Rub rim of glass with lime, and dip into garam masala sugar, set aside. |
2. | Combine all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
3. | Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. |
4. | Pour into the prepared cocktail glass and serve. |
