1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Cranberry Puree, thawed |

3/4 oz. Blood Orange Simple Syrup |

1/2 oz. lime juice |

Method: |

Combine ingredients, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, double strain and pour in a coup glass. Garnish with a lime twist. |

4 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
• |
4 oz. water |
• |
115g sugar |

Method for the Blood Orange Simple Syrup: |
|
Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat. Remove from heat once boiling. Let cool before serving. |
