    • 2 oz. Nikia Coffey Japanese Vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
    • 3/4 oz. Lemongrass and Shiso Syrup
    • 1 egg white
For the Lemongrass and Shiso Syrup:
    • 15 g. lemongrass, broken up
    • 15 g. fresh shiso leaves
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 cups fine white sugar
Method for the Lemongrass and Shiso Syrup:
1. Combine lemongrass, shiso, sugar and water in a pot.
2. Stirring occasionally, bring to a boil.
3. Cover and drop to simmer, let simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Refrigerate (don’t strain yet!) and let stand, sealed, for 24 hours.
5. Strain out lemongrass and shiso.
6. Store and refrigerate (lasts 2 weeks).
Method for the drink:
Dry shake twice, then shake with a large rock. Strain and serve in a Coupe. Garnish with an Angostura Bitters swirl and jasmine flowers.
