    • 3 dashes of Miracle Mile Castilian Bitters
    • 1 oz. Aged Rum (we used 5 yr. Real McCoy)
    • 1/2 oz. French Agricole Rhum (we used Rhum J.M. VSOP)
    • 1/2 oz. Curaçao
    • 1 oz. Lime Juice
    • 3/4 oz. Thai Basil & Black Pepper Syrup
For the Thai Basil & Black Pepper Syrup:
    • 1 part The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • 1 part fine white sugar
Method for the Thai Basil & Black Pepper Syrup:
Combine Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend and sugar in a container. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Store and refrigerate (lasts 2 weeks).

Method for the drink:
Shake all ingredients in shaker and strain. Serve in a large rocks glass with a large cube of ice. Sprinkle some ground black pepper on top. Garnish with a lime wheel and Thai basil sprig.
