    • 2 oz. Grey Goose Le Poire
    • 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. Organic Agave Nectar
    • 4 slices english cucumber
    • 1/2 fresh lime squeezed
    • sparkling water
    • fresh spearmint (garnish)
    • cucumber (garnish)
1. Muddle four slices of English cucumber in a highball glass with lime juice and agave nectar. Add ice, The Perfect Purée Pear, and remaining ingredients, save the sparking water. Stir. Top with sparking water, and a garnish of cucumber and spearmint.
