| For the Cocktail: | |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Coconut Vodka |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. Curried Simple Syrup |
| • | 3 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1 tsp. cream of coconut |
| • | 1 dashes Tabasco Hot Sauce |
| • | 1 slice starfruit (garnish) |
| For the Curried Simple Syrup: | |
| • | 1 cup sugar |
| • | 1 cup boiling water |
| • | 1 tbsp. curry powder |
| Method for the Curried Simple Syrup: | |
| 1. | Combine water and sugar. |
| 2. | Stir until sugar is dissolved. |
| 3. | Stir in curry powder. |
| 4. | Allow to steep for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. |
| 5. | Pour through fine mesh sieve. |
| 6. | Chill in covered container. |
| Method for the Cocktail: | |
| Fill shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients in shaker except garnish. Place top on shaker and shake vigorously 10-15 times. Pour into pilsner or glass of choice. Garnish with rabbit-eared pineapple fronds and starfruits slice held together by pick. Enjoy. | |
