Curried & Caramelized

For the Cocktail:
    • 1 1/2 oz. Ciroc Coconut Vodka
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. Curried Simple Syrup
    • 3 oz. pineapple juice
    • 1 tsp. cream of coconut
    • 1 dashes Tabasco Hot Sauce
    • 1 slice starfruit (garnish)
For the Curried Simple Syrup:
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 1 tbsp. curry powder
Method for the Curried Simple Syrup:
1. Combine water and sugar.
2. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Stir in curry powder.
4. Allow to steep for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
5. Pour through fine mesh sieve.
6. Chill in covered container.
Method for the Cocktail:
Fill shaker with ice. Combine all ingredients in shaker except garnish. Place top on shaker and shake vigorously 10-15 times. Pour into pilsner or glass of choice. Garnish with rabbit-eared pineapple fronds and starfruits slice held together by pick. Enjoy.
