| • | 1/2 oz. Macchu Pisco La Diablada |
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 2-3 deseeded jalapeno slices |

| Muddle jalapeño slices with the lemon juice, pisco, and green apple puree. Shake with ice and double strain into Nick and Nora glass. Top with Prosecco slowly, and garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel and a thin jalapeno slice. | |
