| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine simple syrup, Passion Fruit, Blood Orange and spiced rum in a cocktail shaker |
| 2. | Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds |
| 3. | Strain and pour entire mixture into a martini glass |
| 4. | Garnish with an orange twist |
