• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 slice of jalapeno pepper (muddle) |
• | 1 slice of jalapeno pepper (garnish) |

1. | Muddle the pepper in a mixing glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a jalapeno slice. |
