    • 1 1/2 oz. rum
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 slice of jalapeno pepper (muddle)
    • 1 slice of jalapeno pepper (garnish)
1. Muddle the pepper in a mixing glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a jalapeno slice.
