This is a play on a classic treat! This dirty cocktail is sure to be a hit, a balance of bitter blood orange, vanilla bean, and a hint of salt.

Ingredients for Dirty Dreamsicle:
• sea salt
• cinnamon
• sugar
• 1 oz. The Perfect Puree Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
• 1 oz. cupcake vodka
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1 oz. citrus soda
• 1 oz. vanilla bean sweet cream
• vanilla bean pod
• dried lime wheel

To Assemble and Serve:
In a mixing bowl, combine sea salt, cinnamon, and sugar. Rim glass with mixture. In a cocktail shaker, combine blood orange, vodka, simple syrup, and ice. Strain to glass. Top with citrus soda. Gently top with vanilla bean sweet cream and garnish using vanilla bean pod and dried lime wheel.
