Ingredients for Don’t Be a Sourpuss:
• 1 ½ oz. gin
• ¾ oz. cilantro syrup
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Soursop Puree, thawed
• 2 pieces star fruit, muddled
• ½ oz. lime juice
Method for Don’t Be a Sourpuss:
Muddle starfruit in shaker, then add ice and remaining ingredients and shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into coupe or martini glass of choice and garnish with sliced Starfruit.
