    • 1 3/4 oz. Absolut Ruby Red
    • 1 oz. Pama
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree,  thawed
    • 3 slices of serrano chili (not seeded)
    • 3/4 oz. pomegranate molasses
    • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
    • 1/2 serrano chili (garnish)
    • slice of candied mango (garnish)
Method:
1. Muddle serrano slices with vodka, pama & molasses in a shaker, add Ice, Mango Puree and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously and strain (use a the shaker strainer and a small strainer to remove the seeds) into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve.
