• | 1 3/4 oz. Absolut Ruby Red |
• | 1 oz. Pama |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | 3 slices of serrano chili (not seeded) |
• | 3/4 oz. pomegranate molasses |
• | 1/2 oz. pineapple juice |
• | 1/2 serrano chili (garnish) |
• | slice of candied mango (garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Muddle serrano slices with vodka, pama & molasses in a shaker, add Ice, Mango Puree and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously and strain (use a the shaker strainer and a small strainer to remove the seeds) into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve. |
