    • 1/2 oz. Gifford Rhubarb Liquor
    • 2 oz. Thai chili infused tequila
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Method:
Add ice to shaker, add all ingrediets and shake well. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with pineapple sage.
