| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Sangria blend, thawed |
| • | 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 3 dashes of orange bitters |
| • | 1 egg white |
| • | 1 buzz button for garnish |

| Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30-45 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake for additional 30 seconds. Strain into coupe and garnish with buzz button. | |
