| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 6 drops Bitter End Mole Bitters |

| 1. | Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker over ice & shake vigorously strain & serve up in a large coupe or cocktail glass garnish with a cilantro leaf. |

| • | 1 part simple syrup |
| • | 1 part The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
