• | 1 oz. Pear shrub (3 parts The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed + 1 part apple cider vinegar) |
• | 3 dashes The Bitter Truth Cucumber |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | Top with sparkling water |
