Ingredients:

• 1 ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
• ¾ oz. Campari
• 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• ¾ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. homemade spices dram
• ½ oz. honey syrup

Method:

1. Combine into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
2. Strain into a Tiki or rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Garnish with a mint spring or fruit. Add an orange cream pop candy from Twizzlers.

Alternate Variation:

1. To craft a frozen version of the Free as a Bird, add 1 oz. of honey sugar or an additional 1 oz. Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate.
