Free as a Bird

- 1 ½ oz. Amaro Montenegro
- ¾ oz. Campari
- 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. homemade spices dram
- ½ oz. honey syrup
- Combine into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled
- Strain into a Tiki or rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint spring or fruit. Add an orange cream pop candy from Twizzlers.
- To craft a frozen version of the Free as a Bird, add 1 oz. of honey sugar or an additional 1 oz. Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate.
