Gin + Ginseng

    • 1 1/2 oz. Roku Suntory Gin
    • 1/2 oz. Ban Ryu Honjozo Sake
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Black Currant Puree, thawed
    • 2 dashes Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
    • 3/4 oz. Rishi Ginseng Tea Syrup
    • 1/2 oz. lime juice
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker. Strain into a glass and garnish with mint leaves.
