| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. malta |
| • | 1/2 oz. lime |
| • | 1/2 oz. cinnamon demerara |
| • | 2 dashes Bittermens Molé Bitters |
| • | 1 small scoop banana sorbet |

| Short shake everything except sorbet. Strain into a pebble ice filled snifter and top with a scoop of banana sorbet and grated cinnamon. | |
