| • | 1/2 oz. Cognac VS |
| • | 3/4 oz. Cointreau |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. pomegranate juice |
| • | 1 oz. sour mix (equal parts fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, water and simple syrup) |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | lemon (garnish) |
| • | lime (garnish) |
| • | cherry (garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all the ingredients to a shaker except pomegranate juice. Shake with ice cubes. Strain into a Martini glass. Top with pomegranate juice. Garnish with lemon, lime and cherry. |
