• | 1 1/2 oz. Jim Beam Single Barrel Bourbon |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1) |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | 2 sprigs rosemary (1 muddle, 1 garnish) |

1. | In mixing glass, muddle 1 rosemary sprig with honey syrup and lemon. Add White Peach Puree and bourbon. Shake with ice, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig. |
