    • 1 1/2 oz. Jim Beam Single Barrel Bourbon
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • 2 sprigs rosemary (1 muddle, 1 garnish)
Method:
1. In mixing glass, muddle 1 rosemary sprig with honey syrup and lemon. Add White Peach Puree and bourbon. Shake with ice, and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the remaining rosemary sprig.
